Description	When pages scale up, other page elements should scale without breaking design, specifically: icons navigation bar tool menus action bars HTML editor Resolved in 8.3.1, but keeping issue open with the following notes: Icons, navigation bars, tool menus, and HTML Editor resize well with most browsers There are some inconsistencies in how text and graphics in different areas of a page resize. Tool and action menu text adjust when Preferences are changed. Icons remain a consistent size when Preferences are changed. This is a design decision. No plans to change at this time. Navigation bars resize when Preferences are changes and when browser/assistive technology zooming is used. This is becoming less of an issue, now that all of the major browsers support full web page zooming rather than just scaling up fonts, etc. However, we support innovations in this area. There may be some need to worry about certain iconography distorting when scaled.
