Issue List: Issue: Warn Users Before Learning Environment Session Expires

Need for an easily identifiable alert to warn users their session is about to expire.

Consider using an audible tone or a audio file containing a spoken warning before the session expires. Do not use a standard Windows tone. Prefer a JavaScript pop-up so that the alert takes focus when the user is viewing another web page or program. Another solution is a user preference allowing individuals to disable time-outs. We recognize that institutions may not want this option available because of licensing and usage concerns.
