Issue List: Issue: System prompts and wizards for checking accessibility fo created content

Examples include:

• Automatic alt text on links to PowerPoint presentations that include “right-click to download presentation to your desktop.
• Prompts for alt text on graphics (done)
• Prompts for table summaries, row headers, and column headers on table
• Automatic checks for the accessibility of HTML content
• Integrated resources for making multimedia content, such as videos, accessible (i.e. transcription software, text-to-speech software).
• Automatic links to external multimedia players.

An automated checker is preferable. Accessibility should be integrated into all training materials for the HTML Editor. Further resources on creating accessible content should be available.

We currently prompt users to provide alternative text for graphics.
