Issue List: Issue: No label in Message Area

The textarea where the main text of the message should be input does not have a label tag and is identified only as “edit”. The description “in HTML” for the checkbox before the message box is also confusing.

“Use HTML markup in message” would be clearer.

This issue has been revised on 7/21/08. A variation of it appears either in global issues or in the resolved issues section.
