Issue List: Issue: Difficulty Navigating Discussions

No ability to jump right to the messages list, past the “View” and toolbar area. Left frame should have empty ALTs for arrow images. Instead, there are no ALT attributes. Selection checkboxes have no associated LABELs.

This is really a combination three separate issues….
