Issue List: Issue: Cumulative Listing of Closed issues with version numbers where available

We are putting all the issues in a summary list for sake of expediency, since the issues list has been completely updated.

1. Unique Alt Text—all alt text for icons that link to actions is unique and contextualized.
2. Form controls have descriptive labels, even within the date select boxes (hidden labels)
3. Headings are used for page orientation/navigation. Heading 1 is used for page and widget titles. Heading 2-4 are used for different page content. (The AIG would like us to only use one Heading 1 per page, so more work is needed.)
4. Lists of items use appropriate markup
5. Tables use table summaries and column headers.
6. Descriptive titles for all frames
7. Page designs consider linear order
8. Decorative images are marked as null
9. Logical tab order
10. Clear tab focus
11. Links use descriptive alt text
12. Visible skip navigation links
13. Option to turn off automatic refresh
14. Options to set how many items/user display per page
15. Options to undock content and simplify layout in the Content, Discussions, and Email tools.
16. The state of expandable widgets is communicated by the alt text on the icon for changing the state.
17. Framework controls to ensure alt text, headings, field labels, etc. are used.
18. Consistent UI guidelines.
19. Ability to set special access for any tool-specific time limit (does not include system log out/session expiry).
20. Real-time Chat tool should not refresh page automatically and there should be an option to change the display order of messages so that new messages appear at the top. (Fixed in 8.3.0)
21. Keyboard accessible HTML Editor. (Fixed in 8.3.0)
22. Accessible date-selector control. (Fixed in 8.3.0 MR4)
23. Audio signals in the Chat tool that communicate when users enter or exit a conversation. (Fixed in 8.3.0 MR4)
24. Labels for fields on multi-edit pages. (Fixed in 8.3.0 MR4 with the exception of the spreadsheet view in Grades.)
25. Apply/Go buttons for relevant dropdown menus. (Fixed in 8.3.0 MR4)
