Minutes

Ken: We need to start posting meeting minutes and update the issues lists.. Janna to work on this.

Ken: OSU is moving to 8.4. He is going to see that disability services learns about the new preferences and the getting started guide.

Idea of information sharing during meetings- participants were ok but not overly enthusiastic about the idea. There was some talk that it could be a way of getting the larger campus community involved.

Feedback about templates.

• Participants suggested changes to the “headings section” to better reflect the purpose of this element.
• Hadi suggested to link to the Sloan guidelines
• Participants shared that there should be a gallery to show how the templates look with “real” content
• Suggested to include a short sample video clip that demonstrates usage of the WYSIWYG editor
• Ensure to say what media type that is linked
• The classic contemporary style was well-liked
