  • CD: First session was 10/20, there were 60 people at the session
  • CD: We had some good feeback and got through all the materials
  • CD: Great Lakes DBTAC will be providing evaluation information

  • HR: Who is the audience?
  • CD: GL DBTAC has opened it up to anyone, so we have people from a lot of different places
  • JG: It would be great if we could track some summary stats about who participated, especially people in Illinois and in higher education

2. Slate Conference
  • CD: Similar to webinar material
  • CD: Encouraged developing an accessibility evaluation process
  • CD: Doing surveys to revise instructional materials
  • JG: How many people came?
  • CD: 23 people
  • CD: I have talked to a couple of people since the conference
  • CD: I posted my resources on the slate conference
  • CD: A lot of vendors
  • CD: Trends are to have students review materials before classes
  • CD: There is a webinar tomorrow on this topic

  • CD: Hopefully if this series goes well, we are hoping to get more information on what people like
  • CD: Every 3rd Thursdays
  • JG: Thank you to everyone who helped get this seminar series off the ground
  • CD: MathML is coming up
  • CD: We had a faculty summit here on mobile technology, and we used OpenOffice portable and the equations were converted to some type of HTML that was visible on most mobile devices
