2010 Digital Accessibility Expo
- KP: We used the feedback from last year to improve the conference this year

- KP: I am looking for a panel to talk about the successes and barriers to implementation of IITAA

- KP: Not a specific session, we will be talking about Adobe PDF accessibility

IBHE Web Accessibility Reporting
- JG: Any questions
- KP: I liked them
- NOTE: Most people already done with reports
- JG: Richard and Muzo any feedback
- RT: No feedback yet
- JG: Will the reports be public?
- RT: I will need to check with the person putting the report together
- MT: We will talk to the person to put the 2009 reports on the web pages
- KW: I am not sure the 2009 reports include web accessibility
- MT: We have just the tables about the types of disabilities and under representative numbers
- MT: You should be able to see the numbers
- KT: We are looking for the reports on web accessibility?
- MT: I am not sure the last year for web accessibility was made public
- ACTION: MT will report back next month on reports
- RT: I am not sure where they are
- JN: I will check on the posting of the web accessibility reports
- JG: I think we can get a sub committee to summarize the results and make recommendations
Web Best Practices Update
- JG: Overview of web best practices working group
Adobe PDF Accessibility CommonLook Program
- NZ: There are 3 months left on the program
- NZ: CommonLook is a little more user friendly than Acrobat, it is not a magic
- KW: I want to thank MSF&W for making it available, but I am not sure my university will buy it
- JG: Is there anyway we can continue this program?
- RT: Is this something you can rent or license?
- NZ: This is the cheapest license
- KW: I would encourage people to look at the there PDF websites
- Can non-profit groups be part of the license
- NZ: I could check into it
Other Issues?
- CD: We have a license has softchalk and so does UIC
- KP: Softchalk we are interested
- CD: Collaboration group?
- HR: If you are interested in leading the group, I can help
- JG: I would be interested
- HR: It is a good project, but we need a leader to coordinate
- MT: I had a question about FAE?
- MT: I believe the application for published pages, can you test on a desktop application
- MT: I use FF extension, can we run from the desktop
- JG: What authoring tools do use
- MT: I use .NET application
- HR: You can use the FF extension to send a simple page to FAE
