Issue List: Issue: Problem with moving between tabs using keyboard

User can’t return to the browser window. You can tab between focusable elements in the browser window, participant list, chat edit, and chat window but once you are out of the browser window, you can’t get back to the browser window again.
Suggestion: reserve tab key for moving between focusable elements inside the browser window and use F6 to switch between browser window, participant list, chat entry page and chat display window,

There was a lenthly discussion on the best approach for the tabbing order. Currently the tab sequence will move through the text chat and participants list area and F6 will move the focus to the co-browser and the tab sequence will move the user through the tab sequesnce specified for the web page. However when the tabbings go beyond the end of page the sequents jumps to the text chat/participant area and not the the beginning of the web page. This is a problem and should be corrected
