Issue List: Issue: Power Point presentation controls are not easy to operate

Issue 1

TitlePower Point presentation controls are not easy to operate
StatusReported
PriorityMedium
Description

At this time a Power Point presentation is controlled from a separate window so you as a moderator have to switch back and forth between the control window and the browser window.

Suggestion:
Embed PowerPoint Slide Controls (next/Previous) in the browser window and/or assign shortcut keys to the control function.

This issue has to be investigated further. Currently there are two ways to load an uploaded PowerPoint file in the Document Center – “Load Doc: and “Remote”.

“Load Doc” will load the presentation and a slide navigation menu in the same window as the slides – other users in the room will not see the slide navigation menu. However there is a issue with this approach with JAWS in that JAWS messes up what Follow ME will push and the room users will not see the correct page

“Remote” is a accessible navigation menu that will work with JAWS but the moderator has to change the focus to use the menu and to read the content in the co-browser.
