  • JG: Reviewing updated rules and making changes
  • CB: The combined feature allows for PDF portfolios
  • MR: Portfolios is a ZIP file but combined PDF files cannot be progammatically determined
  • MS: Is the H1 needed on a letter?
  • MS: Could the file name be used?
  • JG: Don’t you want people to know who the letter is to
  • MS: There is no technique to hide headings
  • CD: Under document properties you can have it show the title of the document than the file name
  • MS: Maybe that would be better to use the TITLE
  • CD: You can only have the title if you are using Adobe Acrobat professional
  • CD: These are in document properties
  • MS: The accessibility checker sent last week it checks for title
  • CD: This something the author needs to set
